I keep an eye on the site so problems get caught early, not when a customer emails to say it is down. SSL kept valid, login locked down sensibly, and an alert to me rather than a nasty surprise to you.
Performance kept in check
Sites get slower over time as content and images build up. I keep load times honest, so the site stays quick for the people landing on it from a search, not just for you on your own connection.

The bits that pile up: a new page, updated opening hours, a broken link, a form that stopped sending. Your plan hours cover the small jobs, so they get done rather than sitting on a list for months.
