Where in Northern Ireland are you based?
I'm based in Newtownabbey, just north of Belfast. I work with businesses right across Northern Ireland, from Belfast and Lisburn out to the wider counties. Most of the work happens remotely, but being local means we're on the same hours and I'm never far away.
Can you come out to see us?
If it's useful, yes. Mallusk, Glengormley, Ballyclare, the Abbey Centre area and Belfast city centre are all a short run. Most work happens remotely because that's faster for everyone, but I'm not going to tell you a face to face is impossible when it's fifteen minutes away.
Do you work with Belfast businesses?
Yes, plenty. Belfast firms make up a good chunk of my clients. Whether you're in the city centre, the Titanic Quarter or out in the suburbs, the service is the same, quick responses and someone local who actually knows your site.
Do you only work with Northern Ireland businesses?
No. Clients are spread across Northern Ireland and the wider UK. Being local just means you get the option of meeting in person and someone working your own hours.
What if my site isn't WordPress?
Still worth a conversation. I've moved sites off Squarespace, Wix and older custom builds onto WordPress before, and I'll give you an honest view on whether moving is worth the money in your case.
Something's broken right now. How fast can you look?
Ring or email and I'll usually have eyes on it within the hour during working hours. Urgent things get dealt with urgently rather than scheduled in for next week.
How much does looking after a site cost?
Care plans start at £99 a month and go up depending on how much support you need. One off work is quoted separately once I've had a look at the site. Either way you get a price before anything starts.
Am I tied into anything?
No. It's a rolling monthly arrangement and you can stop whenever you want. I'd rather keep clients on the strength of the work than on a contract clause.
