WP Engine, for most business sites
I've looked after a client site on WP Engine for about four years, and in that time the hosting has been the one part of the job I've never had to worry about. It's fast, it's built for WordPress rather than bolted onto it, and when something does need sorting, their support team actually know what they're talking about.
It's also more affordable than people expect. Their Startup plan covers a typical small business site from around £23 a month, and signing up through me gets you WP Engine's partner pricing on your first year.
It isn't the answer for every site, and if yours would be perfectly happy somewhere simpler, I'll tell you so. Either way, I'll handle the move and let you know up front what that involves before anything happens.

I don't make my money marking up servers. I put you on the host that's right for your site, in your own account, and look after it as part of looking after your website. The value is in the work and the watching, not in reselling you space at a margin.
