InclusionIQ isn’t a single-service business. It’s a recruitment agency, a consultancy, a training provider, and the home of The She Suite, a dedicated programme for female leadership and career advancement. All of that needed to live on one website without feeling fragmented or overwhelming.

We built InclusionIQ on WordPress, hosted on WP Engine, a managed platform built for performance, security and reliability at scale. The structure was designed to give each audience a clear path through the site without competing for the same space.

Custom theme development. A bespoke WordPress theme designed around InclusionIQ’s brand, with distinct visual treatments for each service area.
Job listings architecture. Categorised by sector with clear calls to action for both candidates (“Find a Job”) and employers (“Hire your next hire”).
The She Suite as a flagship section. Treated as a destination in its own right, with space to grow as the programme expands.
WP Engine hosting. Automatic backups, staging environments, and enterprise-level security baked in.
Performance and security. Caching, CDN, image optimisation and security hardening configured from day one.
Editorial control. The InclusionIQ team can publish jobs, update consultancy content and add new programmes without touching code.
